Support Consultant with Portuguese and/or Italian


Province: Madrid, Spain.

Profile: We are leaders in Spain and Latin America and we continue our expansion process in Europe, Africa and Asia, so we need a:

MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT CONSULTANT to work in the Support Department in our offices in Madrid, to fulfill our needs in international projects in Chile, Colombia, France, Morocco, Italy, Brazil, South Africa, India, among others.

You will be in charge of:

—Requirements capture of new functionalities.
—To deal with the client directly, the Development Department and the Project Office.
—Modeling of our tools.
—Following customer needs and the time resolution for them.
—Management of the required documentation for the client.
—Software testing and analysis of the solutions quality.
—External and internal Training aid.

Experience: Without any experience


—Software Engineer and Technical Software Engineer, Associates Degree in Computer Science or similar.
—High level of Portuguese and/or Italian.
—Social Skills.
—Knowledge of database (query level).
—Knowledge of Excel.


—Other languages.
—Knowledge of optimization or operative investigation are a plus.
