The Group EXPRESS renews its trust in GOAL SYSTEMS for operation in Bogota |

 November 2009 - Bogota, COLOMBIA . After the success of the deployment in 2007 of the systems GoalBus® and GoalDriver® in Express de Santiago (the company providing service to the system TRANSANTIAGO) the group Express once again trusts GOAL SYSTEMS for the deployment of its systems in Express de Futuro in Bogota.
The Group Express is the association of Express de Futuro, Express de Santiago and Transporte Alimentador de Occidente.Express de Futuro was founded on July the 6th 1999, as a reaction from the transport operators Fecoltran and Conaltur, grouped together as Asotur, to the invitation coming from the Capital District Government in order to take part in the creation of the mass transport system in Bogota D.C.Today, Express de Futuro is responsible for the operation of 167 articulated buses of types Euro II and Euro III (European environmental normative), as well as for the administration of Calle 80 Depot from the system TRANSMILENIO. The Company owns the only articulated gas-run bus in the system TRANSMILENIO, and in all over Latin America. This bus is intended to serve to identify environmental and economic advantages when operating this kind of buses.The project consists in the deployment of the systems GoalBus® and GoalDriver® in Express de Futuro, to satisfy the challenges of an optimized programming for buses and drivers, in the Company’s daily operation.
