Resource management: allows precise definition of employee and human resource variables. It is also possible to integrate information from external databases.

Assignment, rostering and bidding module: automatic generation of working calendars in a period of time for the different employees of a company, as well as duties and shifts assignment. The bidding module also allows employees remote access through a website to choose their duties. This module can either automatically generate  optimal solutions with GoalDriver® (roster bid) OR allow the employees to choose their runs and independently create their weekly lines of work according to company regulations (cafeteria bid).

Optimal human resource sizing for operations module:: integrated with the rostering module, allows automated simulation of operational planning based upon the services that need to be provided. Determines contracting needs for each type of personnel and scheduling period.

Dispatch and monitoring module: allows daily management of operations, including manual modification of schedules and creation or suspension of services based upon incidents that may occur.

Report and statistics generation module:: produces a full set of customizable reports to cover all of the company’s operational needs, based upon each customer’s specific characteristics.

Integration module: : allows completion of operational functionality by allowing full integration with Operational Assistance Systems (tracking and monitoring systems), as well as with other company systems such as Payroll, ERP, etc.

Web module:  provides users with Internet-based access to the full functionality of the tools from any location.
